Stasia Hunter

Stasia Hunter is an accomplished administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting organizational operations across both the public and private sectors. Since January 2026, she has served as the Office Coordinator at Rubin, Turnbull and Associates, where she supports the firm’s partners, clients, and team members in the coordination of daily operations and administrative functions.

Before joining Rubin, Turnbull and Associates, Stasia dedicated 11 years to the State of Florida’s Risk Pool, where she began her career as an Administrative Assistant and advanced into a management role overseeing three departments. Throughout her tenure, she worked closely with policyholders, vendors, and third-party administrators, contributing to operational efficiency and effective stakeholder relations. Her professional background also includes service with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and the Florida Department of Children and Families, where she held positions as a Grant Coordinator and Certified Contract Manager.

Stasia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026. Her continued educational pursuits reflect her commitment to professional growth and leadership development.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Stasia is actively engaged in community service through her sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Incorporated, where she enjoys volunteering and supporting initiatives that positively impact the community.
