Kate Schultz joined the firm in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her tenure in the DeSantis administration. As the former Director of Scheduling at the Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) and the Deputy Director of Legislative and Cabinet Affairs at the Department of Commerce, Schultz has honed her skills in managing complex logistical challenges and navigating governmental processes with precision. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands effectively have made her an asset in these roles. In addition to her governmental experience, Schultz also boasts extensive campaign finance and political strategy expertise, having served as the Deputy Director of External Affairs for Governor DeSantis's re-election campaign.
