Morgan Kelly

Morgan Kelly is the Director of Finance & Risk Management for Rubin Turnbull and Associates. As the firm’s financial leader, she brings over a decade of finance experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and privately held businesses. She leads the firm’s financial, operational, and risk strategy, helping guide organizational growth, strengthen business operations, and support the firm’s long-term objectives across the local, state, and federal practices.

Prior to joining Rubin Turnbull and Associates in 2022, Morgan served as Director of Finance for a privately held firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. In that role, she worked with some of the nation’s most prominent private investors.

Before that, Morgan served as Financial Controller for a national environmental remediation firm headquartered in the Jacksonville, Florida area. She oversaw financial operations supporting major environmental and infrastructure projects, including Exxon oil well monitoring in West Texas, the Keystone Pipeline, and large scale brownfield remediation projects in Georgia.

Morgan proudly supports her local humane society, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 1Voice Foundation and initiatives focused on beach cleanup and coastal preservation.
